tempeh

Thought people would enjoy reading this article that appeared in the Huffington Post yesterday about tempeh and where we would like to see it headed. We are always talking about healthy eating and sustainable food systems. Since we have already tested the market years ago in Michigan we know the market is out there waiting for a small group of people to start the first worker owned tempeh shop and work with organic farmers to grow the beans.

What suggestions would you have for us?

HI all,

Our website has been up for about 6 months: http://www.maketempeh.org and we have met a few people of this group in person.

While the website has had many responses from individuals and from about 28 countries, we do not get any responses from the farm community. We do not know how to make ourselves more widely known, but we have written to various relevant organizations - no response.
