Last Thursday I attended a meeting of a group of people interested in sustainable ways of using food waste.  The group was focused on composting either on site or close by.  After the meeting it occurred to me that hogs and chickens will eat almost anything and that a farmer might be willing to drive into Cleveland on a regular basis and collect food waste to reduce his/her feed costs.  I wasn't sure if any of the Advance NEO Partners produced food waste but I thought I would start here to see if there is any interest in working on a project like this.
