You can easily control the flow of email from this site.  

Here's how:  

1. Go to the home page of the Local Food Systems website.

2. Check your login status by looking at the Log in/out button on the right hand side menu, the fourth button under "My Accounts."

3. If it says "Log out," then you are automatically logged in. Go to Step 4.  If it says "Log in," click it.  Enter your username and password. Go to step 4.

4. Click on "My groups" found on the right hand side menu, the third button under "My Account."

5. The new page provides you with the complete list of groups to which you personally belong.

6. Scroll down the page.  For each group, click the appropriate "radio button" to select the interval of time by which you receive email messages. 

7. HEADS UP!!  Be sure to click the "post" button at the bottom of the page to save your choices.
