Welcome to a network of fruit and vegetable industry members in the Mid-Atlantic Specialty Crop Research Initiative, funded by the USDA Specialty Crop Research Initiative program <http://www.csrees.usda.gov>
Goals for the MASCRI Environment group are: 1) develop and improve connections between the specialty crop grower community, government, and private sector organizations and 2) incorporate food miles into specialty crop marketing strategies.
