The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission has published a new food systems assessment for Philadelphia.  You can find it at:

I haven't had a chance to read it yet in detail but it is impressively comprehensive in scope, and acknowledges over 60 people and their organizations for contributions of time and support to pull it off.
