From what I can see from the flyer, this is a much needed and progressive course.  Sustainable agriculture, once associated with counter culture impracticality, is now a practical and produtive set of processes.  I am reminded of Chancellor Emeritus James Meyer, of the University of California at Davis, who as then Dean of the College of Agriculture oversaw the broadening of its mission to specifically include the environmental sciences in 1966.  Subsequently he championed dual goals of attending to our environment while supporting an evolving body of agricultural science.  So this course is just the thing!
